As an aggressive player, I have learned a number of valuable lessons while playing over the decades. Whether you are partial to betting at the ‘bricks and mortar’ casinos or the many net casinos. Below are my golden rules of betting, most of which can be seen as common sense, but if accepted they will help you go a long way to leaving with a sense of enjoyment.

Rule 1: Go to a casino with a predetermined figure that you are ready and can manage to use – How much would it cost for an evening out on food, drinks, cover fees and tips? This is an excellent number to use.

Rule two: Don’t carry your debit card with you – or any other means of drawing cash out. Do not be concerned about money for the taxi if you squander all your cash; most taxi operators, in particular the ones hailed through casinos, will drive you to your home and will be more than happy to wait for the moola when you get home.

Rule three: Stick to an upper limit. I frequently think of what I would like to buy should I succeed. The preceding time I went, I decided I would really would like to purchase a new digital SLR camera which cost about $400, so that was my upper cutoff. As soon as I reached this number, I stopped. Just stop. Even if Clairvoyant Carla herself tells you the next number for the roulette wheel, ignore her and back off. Leave safe in the knowledge that you will be heading into town and getting a nice new toy!

Rule four: Have fun. When you are "frisky" you will certainly win. It is a reality. I do not understand the reason why, but it just is. As soon as it turns into a commitment, or you are just gambling to make money you have lost, you will certainly lose even more. When you’re winning, having a good experience with your mates, or your boyfriend, you usually will profit even more.
